This Privacy Policy explains how RoyaltyStar Services handles information you provide through this website, including when you send a preliminary inquiry or opt in to text messages.

RoyaltyStar Services is a private asset-recovery and administrative-services business. We do not sell personal information, and we do not sell or share mobile numbers or SMS consent information for third-party marketing.

Information we collect

When you use our preliminary inquiry form, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, service of interest, property or matter location, inquiry details, and your communication preferences. You can choose whether to provide optional information.

If you use the property lookup, we may compare the APN, address, or name you enter with imported public-record information. The lookup is designed to return only a specific matched property summary; we do not provide visitors with the full imported list or other people’s inquiry information.

Property research records may include owner mailing details, phone numbers, email addresses, source data, and associated-contact information. These details are restricted to authorized RoyaltyStar administrators and are not shown in public property search results. The public summary is limited to property and sale information and directs interested visitors to submit an inquiry for further review.

We may also receive basic technical information, such as browser type, device information, and pages visited, through ordinary website operation and security tools.

How we use information

We use information to respond to inquiries, communicate about requested services, research and organize the details you provide, maintain website security, improve our services, and meet legal or operational requirements.

We may use service providers to host the website, process form submissions, protect the site, or deliver communications. Those providers may access information only as needed to perform services for us and may not use it for their own unrelated marketing.

Inquiry records may be stored in a private RoyaltyStar lead-management workspace so authorized business users can review, organize, and follow up on requests. Customers and other site visitors are not given access to this workspace or to other people’s inquiry records.

If you separately opt in to receive text messages, we use your mobile number and opt-in record to send the messages you requested, manage your preferences, and keep a record of compliance with messaging rules.

We do not sell or share your mobile number, text-message content, or SMS opt-in information with third parties for their own marketing. We may share limited information with communication providers that send messages on our behalf, or when required by law.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting other services or communication channels.

Access, correction, and choices

You may ask us to correct information you previously submitted or request more information about how it is used. You may also choose not to provide optional information, although that may limit how fully we can respond.
